How We Work
1. Brief
Tell us the audience, the quantity, the budget per piece and the date. We come back with three to five curated options at real landed prices, not a 200-page catalog.
2. Proof
Every item gets a digital proof showing your artwork at true size and placement. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
3. Decoration
Apparel and soft goods are decorated in-house. Hard goods are engraved or printed by our supplier partners to the same proof, then inspected here.
4. Kitting and packing
Kits are assembled, polybagged and packed by recipient, department or location, with your inserts and packaging.
5. Delivery or fulfillment
Pick up at Enterprise Avenue, take delivery across Collier and Lee County, or leave inventory in our finishing and fulfillment operation and have us ship on demand.
6. Reorders
Artwork, supplier item numbers and imprint specs stay on file, so the next order is a phone call.
Warehousing and Fulfillment on Site

What is the minimum order for promotional products?
It varies by item and supplier — many hard goods start at 24 to 50 pieces, some premium drinkware at 12. Apparel follows our normal minimums: embroidery and DTF from 12, screen printing from 50. We will tell you the minimum for each option in the quote.
How much do branded promotional products cost?
It depends entirely on the item and the quantity, so we quote per project rather than publishing a list. Send the audience, the count and a rough budget per piece and you will get landed prices, including decoration and setup, usually within a business day.
Can you match promo colors to our apparel?
Yes. We hold your PMS references and pick items available in matching or complementary colors, then proof everything side by side before ordering.
How long does a promotional order take?
Typically 10 to 15 business days after proof approval for standard catalog items, longer for custom or overseas pieces. Rush options exist on many items; tell us the in-hands date at the first conversation.
Do you assemble kits and gift boxes?
Yes. Kitting, custom packaging, inserts and per-recipient packing are done in our Naples warehouse, and we can ship each kit directly to the recipient.
Can you store our inventory and ship as needed?
Yes. Our fulfillment operation holds inventory, picks and packs orders and ships small parcel, bulk and oversized freight from one dock, with reporting on stock and shipments.
